Grant Kinnett

Grant Kinnett has worked for Boyle since 2006. He oversees Boyle’s retail and medical office property portfolio as well as related land holdings throughout the Middle Tennessee region. He is involved in the leasing, development, asset management, acquisition and disposition of a wide range of retail and mixed-use property types. In addition to his leadership roles with Boyle’s property portfolio, Grant has helped lead numerous strategic initiatives for Boyle Nashville’s operating company in the areas of strategy, organizational development, marketing, operations and information technology.
