Grant Keeler

A lifelong Bay Area resident, Grant Keeler brings over five decades of experience in residential, investment, and commercial real estate. His industry knowledge and professional insight make him a trusted expert in the local market. Grant began his real estate career after serving four years in the United States Air Force as a material facilities specialist. In 1972 he joined Pen-Pac Realty Company as an agent, where he eventually became the manager of the Redwood City office. In October 1975, he earned his Broker’s license. A few years later he co-founded the first RE/MAX offices in Belmont, San Carlos and Redwood City. Following the successful sale of his interest in the RE/MAX offices, Grant relocated to the Sacramento area, where he founded Guild-West Investors, Inc., a property management company based in Placer County. Upon returning to the Bay Area, Grant held Broker Associate roles with Cornish & Carey Realtors, Galli Realty Company, RE/MAX Today, which later became Today Sotheby’s International Realty and Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. He is now an independent broker, continuing to represent clients in a variety of real estate transactions. Throughout his career, Grant has consistently excelled in negotiating and closing residential, commercial, and investment property deals. He has been recognized with numerous performance awards and has a longstanding membership with the San Mateo County Association of Realtors.
