Grant has represented well-known landlords such as Strada, Angelo Gordon, CBRE Investors, Ellis Partners, and Brookfield Property Group and currently has Landlord Representation Assignments totaling ±2.1 million square feet. With experience in both sales and leasing, Mr. Jones leverages his extensive market knowledge of the greater Oakland market in order to find creative solutions for his clients. Mr. Jones’ ingenuity has allowed him to provide long-term strategic planning and real estate strategies for his clients that range from Fortune 500 corporations to startups.
