Grant Goodwin

Grant J. Goodwin is a Sales Associate at Champions DFW Commercial Realty. He started as an intern with Champions during the summers of 2020 & 2021. After attending school at the University of Oklahoma, he joined the team as a full-time Sales Associate in May 2022. Grant’s primary focus is on project leasing and tenant representation for office, medical, and industrial properties in the DFW Metroplex. Grant, who was born and raised in the Dallas area, has always been around the Commercial Real Estate business. His mother, Pam Goodwin, has over 25+ years of commercial real estate experience and his father, Eric Goodwin, who has been in commercial real estate for over 10 years. Grant says he was “bitten by the Real Estate bug” early on and knew he was going to go into the business. In Grant’s free time, he enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and going on walks with his German/Australian Shepherd, D’jango. Grant is also an avid outdoorsman who loves fishing, archery, and camping.
