Grant Fallon

Grant joined McCallen & Sons, Inc. after a 12 year career in the aerospace and security systems industries. Grant’s primary background has been as a Corporate Finance Manager where he was responsible for strategic investment analysis. This included the development and presentation of financial models using EAC, IRR and NPV analysis. As a Contracts Manager, Grant negotiated and maintained long term, strategic contracts as well as managed a team of Proposal Estimation Analysts. Grant has also participated in several entrepreneurial ventures. He created a small investment company which acquired over $1M in real estate properties and returned investors an average IRR of 27% over four years. He has also owned and operated a restaurant with sales of approximately $850K/year which was sold within two years for nearly double the acquisition price. Grant received a Bachelor of Accountancy from University of San Diego and an MBA with emphasis in Real Estate from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Grant is also a licensed notary public and a basketball, golf, and travel enthusiast.
