Grant English

Grant English serves as Vice President and began his career in commercial real estate in 2009. Grant joined Ridge Pointe Commercial Real Estate in 2020 after working in Dallas with respected commercial brokerage firms such as CBRE, Newmark, Transwestern and Venture Commercial. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diversified mix of clients ranging from institutional landlords and mixed-use developers to local family offices, restaurants, and occupiers across all real estate product types. He has been recognized throughout his career as a Power Broker by D CEO magazine for his success in working the Dallas urban core submarkets of Deep Ellum, Cedars, Oak Cliff, Design District, Old East Dallas, Fair Park, Downtown and Uptown. In 2026, he was appointed by Rockwall’s Mayor and City Council to serve on the Comprehensive Planning Advisory Committee. Grant serves as Chairman of the City of Rockwall’s Main Street Advisory Board. Grant holds a degree from Texas Tech University.
