Grant Brodeur is a jack-of-all-trades broker, who serves as the Director of Investment Land and specializes in investment and development land transactions, representing buyers and sellers in the outlying territories surrounding DFW. Before joining Davidson & Bogel Real Estate, Grant began his real estate career with Henry S. Miller Brokerage in 2003 after graduating from the McCombs Business School at UT Austin. After 12 years in the Land and Investments Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, Grant founded Novus Realty Advisors in 2014, partnering with other brokers and former executives from Henry S. Miller Brokerage. After Novus Realty Advisors was sold to Younger Partners in 2016, Grant made his way to Davidson & Bogel Real Estate. An expert in the land business, Grant is a member of The North Texas Land Council, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, and is also licensed in the state of Oklahoma.
