Grant Boyce is Vice President and a top performer with Morgan Realty Group’s Industrial Division. He is responsible for strategic direction and performance in Buyer, Seller, Tenant, and Landlord representation in the Stemmons Corridor, where he began building his market expertise. From business owners to individual investors and equity funds Grant’s market knowledge, dedication, and work ethic allow him to align his client’s goals with the best properties for their businesses and investment portfolios. Grant received his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Texas in Denton and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent. He and his wife Katherine currently reside in North Lake, Texas. They enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with their family and friends.
