Graham Horton

Graham is part of JLL’s leading Office Occupier Team which provides an array of advisory & transaction solutions to corporate clients with global real estate & facility portfolios. With over 19 years of experience in all aspects of end-user representation, he has successfully facilitated more than 400 transactions totaling more than 8.7 million square feet across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.Graham’s core business of representing the corporate end-user is rooted in his analytic approach of developing various cost-saving strategies to assist clients with office space and facility/site acquisitions, lease analysis and negotiations, and dispositions of buildings and land.Prior to joining JLL, he held a Division Leadership position at a national real estate company where he was responsible for strategic planning, talent development, and team production.Graham and his wife, Lindsay have three sons and one daughter, Jack, Henry, Oliver, and June.
