Graham Dent

Graham Dent joined Compass Commercial in September 2013 after more than ten years with CBRE Global Investors, one of the largest real estate investment advisory firms in the world. In this role, Graham advised clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development and re-positioning of real estate assets within their investment portfolios. Graham has extensive experience working through complicated sale and lease transactions across all product types (office, industrial, retail, multi-family and development land). He has been successful partnering with his clients to achieve and exceed their individual real estate objectives, even during some very challenging economic times. Prior to CBRE Global Investors, Graham worked for Bentall Capital, a large developer and real estate owner based in Seattle. In this role, he assisted in the underwriting and financial analyses for several high profile real estate development projects.
