ABOUT
Grace holds a California Real Estate Agent’s license and has been working in Property Management since 2005. She has worked at all levels of property management including Assistant Manager, Multi-Site Manager and Portfolio Manager overseeing as little as 27 units up to 402 units. Over the years she has earned certificates from the Tri-County California Apartment Association and the City of San Jose. Grace came to Cal-Western in September of 2014 and currently manages a portfolio that consists of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, duplexes, triplexes, and small apartment complexes. Grace believes communication and loving what you do are the keys to great Customer Service.
