With over 15 years of experience, Grace has firsthand knowledge at all levels of real estate transactions, from listing, coordinating, representing first time buyers/investors, purchase bank owned/REO and HUD properties to negotiating short sales and the complexity associated with them. She has seen the variation of the market, transaction, and client and this allows her to anticipate all her clients need and the potential challenges of their unique transaction whether they are a first-time buyer, seller or a seasoned investor. She is a good communicator with many key skills that will make her client’s transaction smooth and worry free. The current real estate climate calls for a realtor who is knowledgeable but optimistic, one who can see opportunities instead of challenges. Her unwavering optimism and perseverance in weathering the challenges of a highly competitive industry have helped her assist numerous clients attain their real estate goals and overcome obstacles. On a personal note, Grace was born and raised in the Philippines. The oldest of twelve children, she helped raised and support her family back home. She immigrated to the US over 20 years ago and has since lived in CA, NV and now Austin, TX. In her free time you will find Grace enjoying the outdoors with her husband and adorable bichon named Fonzi and shi tzu named Butons. She and her husband love to travel and explore diverse cultures as well as their history. Yosemite National Park, which they lived near to, and the northern coast of California are dear to their hearts as is Carmel, a place where they met and got married. She frequents Chicago, where her husband is from and visits regularly. Here in Austin, the hike & bike trail trails by the lake and local food and barbeque fare are among a few places where they frequent. When Grace needs to “let off steam” you will find her enjoying a great workout from Zumba, kickboxing to FIT & Barbel Strength are among the classes she frequents.
