Gordon Smith

Gordon Smith began his career in real estate in 2019 as a development coordinator with Action Pact Design Group. After two years of working in the industry, Gordon took his strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities, and transferred them into the commercial real estate field, working with a very experienced and local group in 2021. Throughout his career, he’s developed strong relationships in and around Kansas City, building his portfolio and knowledge in the commercial sector along the way. Gordon joined Crossroads Real Estate Group in June of 2022. He has worked in multiple specialties, such as Office, Retail, Mixed-Use, Redevelopments, and Land. With his ability to develop relationships, outgoing personality, and optimistic attitude, he’s able to connect a number of professionals and businesses together, in the Kansas City Community. Gordon's focus is creating innovative ways to capture the attention of developers, investors, tenants and landlords. Born and raised in the Kansas City area, Gordon graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School and attended Kansas Wesleyan University where he played golf. Gordon’s passion for Kansas City is unmatched through local initiatives such as First Tee of Greater Kansas City, United Way, KCYP, Kanbe’s Markets, Gift of Life, and many more.
