Gordon Ogden
Gordon is responsible for leading the tenant representation practice at Bradford Allen’s New York office.
Gordon's expertise has facilitated major transactions globally, including deals in Tokyo, Sao Paolo, Paris, and London. In Manhattan, he has secured headquarters for renowned firms such as The New York Times, Warburg Pincus, Gannett, Nike, and Publicis. His clientele extends to prominent law firms, including WilmerHale and Dewey & LeBoeuf, as well as financial institutions like Warburg Pincus LLC. Additionally, Gordon represented national food hall retailer Urban Space in both office and retail transactions. For more than 26 years, Gordon led Byrnam Wood LLC, the firm he co-founded alongside Joseph Thanhauser in 1997. He previously served as a vice chairman in the tenant representation division at the Edward S. Gordon Company prior to its merger with CBRE in 2003. Outside of work, Gordon is dedicated to philanthropic pursuits, serving on the boards of the Collegiate School and the Boys’ Club of New York, and actively contributing to the Annual Fund at Marymount School. Gordon is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Counselors of Real Estate.
