Gordon A. Navarre began his career in Marcus & Millichap’s Detroit Office in 2006. He is now a first vice president investments and serves as an associate director of the firm’s multi housing division. During his fourteen-plus year career in commercial real estate sales, Mr. Navarre and his team have closed over $1 billion in multi-family transactions totaling over 16,000 units. Mr. Navarre has participated as an expert witness in partnership value disputes, actively worked with financial institutions on Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) and foreclosures, and has built his career around harboring relationships with clients to help them navigate their apartment investment strategies. Mr. Navarre has also earned numerous awards and been featured in several multifamily publications in his tenure. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Navarre has focused exclusively on multi-family buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the State of Michigan and Northern Ohio.
