Gonzalo specializes in corporate office tenant representation throughout the US, both for national and international companies. Gonzalo leverages his many years of expertise in corporate finance, operations management, and international business to achieve successful results for corporate clients in South Florida and across the United States with their real estate requirements. He is recognized locally in South Florida. Gonzalo works with all aspects of commercial real estate services, including business development, requirement analysis, property selection, financial and market analysis, contract review and negotiation, construction and improvements management, and lease administration. He is currently heading the expansion of Wilshire Advisory Group throughout the U.S. east coast, more specifically our growth in Tenant Representation services throughout Florida. Gonzalo has been directly involved in all types of lease and purchase transactions for local and international corporate clients. Prior to joining Wilshire Advisory Group, Gonzalo gained invaluable experience while working for international firms in the financial and technology industries. Gonzalo holds a Master of International Business from Pepperdine University and La Sorbonne University/IGS in Paris, France. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
