Mi Casa Lending uses licensed RMLOs and third-party servicers to ensure Dodd-Frank compliance and seamless note servicing. Gonzalo also leads United Services of America LLC, a certified minority-owned construction and facility maintenance company serving investors, retailers, and public agencies. His team of over 30 field technicians and subcontractors handles cosmetic rehabs, make-ready services, and tenant improvements. Under his leadership, the company has grown its footprint across Texas and become a registered federal vendor for government projects.
