Glenn Blumenfeld

Glenn Blumenfeld, one of four principals of Tactix, started his professional career as a real estate/corporate attorney at Dechert L.L.P., one of the nation’s largest law firms, where he was a partner and Chair of their Real Estate Equity Practice. Glenn was also Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Hiring Committee. In 2002, Glenn joined Tactix as a principal and has been highly instrumental in growing its market presence to the point where Tactix is now the largest tenant-only brokerage firm in the Greater Philadelphia area. In 2013, Glenn helped form, and became the original CEO of, Exis, now the second largest tenant-only brokerage organization in the world, with offices on four continents and covering most major U.S. cities. Tactix represents the Philadelphia-Southeastern Pennsylvania/Delaware and South Jersey markets for Exis. While many brokers are viewed primarily as space finders, Glenn’s clients realize that his unique legal and business backgrounds provide them tremendous value in both structuring creative, one of a kind transactions and securing the most advantageous terms at the negotiating table. Since 2002, Glenn has handled some of the largest, most complex tenant brokerage assignments in the Delaware Valley including headquarters projects for FMC Corporation, Macquarie, Nutrisystem, FS Investments and Brandywine Global, as well as for many of the region’s top law firms including: Dechert; Blank Rome; Cozen O’Connor; Klehr Harrison; Buchanan Ingersoll; Saul Ewing; Manko Gold; Saltz Mongeluzzi; Feldman Shepherd; Royer Cooper; and Kleinbard Bell & Brecker. Glenn lives in Center City, Philadelphia with his wife, Susan, and dog Chloe. His three adult children have successfully launched.
