Ginger Martin

Ginger joined Taylor & Mathis in 1997 and, since 2001 has served as Director of Leasing responsible for Sugarloaf Corporate Center as well as other third-party project leasing assignments. She is a member of the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) Million Dollar Club since 1995 and earned her CCIM designation in 2000. Prior to joining Taylor & Mathis, Ginger was a Vice President of Leasing for ARES, Inc, in Atlanta, specializing in project leasing for multiple office locations. Ginger is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
