Gina Foxhoven

Gina Foxhoven serves as the Managing Broker & Owner of Livingstone Properties - a full-service real estate brokerage specializing in the acquisition, property management and disposition of real estate assets. Gina enjoys meeting new clients to represent, supporting her tenant's business and growth, overseeing construction management, and creating processes to ensure efficiency & success every step of the way. Gina was appointed by the Mayor of Oklahoma as Commissioner for the Oklahoma Building Code Commission, Board Member for the Downtown OKC, Inc. BID Board, former Chair for the West Village/Film Row Board of Directors, former Chair for ULI Oklahoma, graduate of the OREC Leadership Academy, and recognized with a scholarship from the International Building Owners and Managers Association in 2021. Gina pursues her career in commercial real estate with bold determination, consistency, and curiosity to learn more. Her Faith is the largest contributor to her success and it creates a desire to generate synergy with every transaction. Gina hopes to positively impact Oklahoma through her career.
