Gillian has worked in the Real Estate market since 2005. Her experience provides much sought after expertise in leasing, occupier consultancy and tenant representation. Gillian’s impressive portfolio of transactions includes advising tenants on their occupational strategy and change management, acquiring premises to realise their goals. Key achievements include acquiring a new Glasgow HQ for ACCA of 55,000 sq ft and acquiring the largest Grade A office for several years of 36,000 sq ft on behalf of ATOS. Gillian also has extensive experience in landlord disposal and development transactions. Her significant client list includes CBRE Global Investors, BMO Real Estate Partners, Credit Suisse, AEW, HFD Property Group, Clydesdale Bank Plc, London & Scottish Investments and The Walker Group. Gillian worked as part of the advisory team for BAM on the construction and letting of 110 Queen Street, Glasgow.
