Gil Nuss

Gil Nuss has been in the real estate industry since 2018. Originally from Houston, he graduated from the University of Alabama with Finance Degree and a specialization in Real Estate. Gil Nuss brings a dynamic range of experience that spans across a variety of asset classes in the capital markets arena focusing on debt & equity placements and investment sales, to project leasing and occupier solutions, to large scale development in the resort & hospitality industry. These experiences in, both at the local and national level, have allowed him to create a wealth of knowledge and experience. He prides himself on long standing relationships and the ability to create new ones. His passion for projects both large and small give him the innate ability to see the deal through a variety of different lenses.
