Gil Kastner is a seasoned real estate professional with experience unlike many others in his field. Led real estate teams around the world, managing sales of over $1 billion US while working in NYSE listed and private companies. He sold fashion residential projects before and after the crash in the United States and abroad, including Armani, Aman Resorts, and Intrawest. In the commercial sector, he has experience in financial markets and leasing transactions. He managed the occupancy and rental of 6 million square feet of office, retail, and institutional and private industrial buildings for Colliers International. He created strategies and completed transactions that created value for high-quality and contested properties. He has also acted as a portfolio representative in numerous commercial transactions. Gil has created a unique brokerage training program for new and elite real estate brokers and teams, which he adapts to project launch strategies. He has served on numerous real estate conference panels and is known and respected in the markets he serves.
