Gianna Marretti

Gianna recently started pursuing real estate. She grew up in the Las Vegas Valley with parents that are heavily involved in construction, development, and real estate so she decided at a very young age that she wanted to be a part of the business in one way or another. Gianna decided to stay home and attend college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She is currently studying Business Administration Real Estate and plans on graduating in the Spring semester of 2025. Along with school at UNLV, she studied to become a real estate agent with plans of starting some smaller projects of her own. Gianna’s primary responsibilities at G2 are to assist in general office tasks, administrative duties, research, marketing and observing so that she can understand the foundation of what it takes to become a real estate developer.
