Gerry Lees

Gerard E. Lees has been a broker with Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc. for the past 28 years, covering both Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. He has consistently ranked among C&W’s top 100 brokers nationwide during his tenure. Mr. Lees specializes in office leasing, corporate relocations and national and international corporate-services representation. On behalf of users/buyers, Mr. Lees has concluded building sales in excess of 4 million square feet during his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Lees began his real estate career as Director of Marketing for the Parish of Trinity Church in New York City, responsible for the leasing and management of property owned by the Parish. He then became a renting agent for Rockefeller Center in New York City for three years, prior to joining C&W.
