Gerard Poutier is a Senior Associate with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in Beverly Hills, California
As a member of investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix, Gerard specializes in the sale of office, medical office, industrial properties, and land throughout Southern California. The team is widely considered to be one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. Gerard focuses on providing disposition, acquisition, joint venture, recapitalization, and advisory services on behalf of institutional clients, high net worth owners, and foreign investors. Prior to joining the team, Gerard started at CBRE in 2015 with a specialization in investment property sales throughout Greater Los Angeles. During which time, Gerard was responsible for the origination of high-net-worth and institutional relationships in the disposition of more than $300 million in investment sale transactions. Prior to joining CBRE, Gerard attended Lehigh University in Pennsylvania where he played quarterback for a Division 1 collegiate football program while also pursuing his passion for Commercial Real Estate through Lehigh’s Goodman Center for real estate studies. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Commercial Real Estate.
