Gerald Loehr

Gerald Loehr is a Broker at District and has been part of the District team since 2023. Gerald works on multiple high-profile agency accounts, including prominent clients such as Equity Residential, PGIM, Bozzuto, One Faneuil Hall Square, and Hub Hall at North Station. In addition, Gerald is actively involved in the expansion efforts of Milan Laser across Massachusetts and Connecticut, along with several preferred developer requirements focusing on the acquisitions and dispositions of investment assets. Prior to joining District, Gerald served as a physical therapist at Northern Westchester Hospital, where he developed outpatient programs and helped progress departmental projects to improve practice, process, patient capacity, and workflow. Gerald is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and an MBA from Iona University. Gerald is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a Licensed Real Estate Professional in Massachusetts.
