Georgia Pitrone joins CIG as Vice President, Asset Management with 20 plus years in the real estate industry. She is tasked with ensuring operations are in line with projections, coordination of both routine and capital improvements, directing the due diligence process, and auditing of operational and financial packages. She has a diverse background in real estate, financial and operational performance, asset management, and transactions and analysis. Georgia has worked in all facets of real estate – commercial, industrial flex, and multifamily in both the public and private sector. Her experience includes mixed use projects, value add acquisitions, dispositions, development, and large-scale renovations. She has been responsible for directing property management personnel both employees and employed by 3rd party management. Georgia resides in Virginia Beach and volunteers with VBSPCA and local foodbanks.
