George Stevens joined CBRE in 2012 as a Vice President specializing in Brokerage Services. George represents individuals, business park owners and corporate clients in the leasing, disposition and acquisition of industrial property, flex office projects and vacant commercial land sites. Over his 26 year commercial real estate career, George has represented his clients in over 1,000 leasing and sale transactions that total over 50 million square feet of space and 1,000 acres of land with value of $1 Billion+ of consideration including some of the largest industrial transactions ever completed in Northeast Ohio.
