George Stecz

George Stecz joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. as an Investment Property Specialist in early 1997 with 11 years of previous commercial real estate experience at Duke Realty Investments, Inc. Since joining CB, George has consummated retail, office, and industrial sale transactions totaling $410 million in aggregate value. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Investment Services at Equity. Recent significant transactions include National City Plaza (CBD Office), 6400 Busch Blvd. (Suburban Office), Nibco Distribution (Industrial), and Karric Square (Neighborhood Retail). George acquired an extensive background in commercial real estate dispositions, acquisition, and development while performing the duties of senior financial analyst for Duke; he was intimately involved in acquisitions totaling over $80 million during the period of 1994-1997. George also served as development controller at Duke and was a key member in the financing and development of over six million square feet of office, industrial, and retail product during his tenure there.
