George Stanchfield

George Stanchfield is Executive Vice President and Head of Leasing at Thor Equities, where he oversees leasing strategy and execution across the firm’s global portfolio, including retail, office, industrial, and life science assets. In this role, he is responsible for driving tenant engagement, structuring lease transactions, and managing leasing initiatives across major urban markets in the United States and internationally. He has completed more than 2,000 lease transactions throughout his career and oversees leasing for a diverse portfolio spanning multiple asset classes and development projects. Prior to joining Thor Equities in 2005, George Stanchfield held leasing roles at several major real estate organizations, including Director of Leasing at Vornado Realty Trust, Leasing Manager at The Mills Corporation, and Specialty Leasing roles at The Taubman Company and Pyramid Management Group. Over his career, he has developed experience across retail, mixed-use, and urban development environments, including negotiation, tenant representation, and leasing team leadership.
