George Santos is Senior Vice President in CBRE. With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, George specializes in leasing and investment sales in the Baltimore/Washington corridor with a focus on tenant representation. Prior to joining Savills Studley in 2015, George was a Managing Director & Principal for the Baltimore region of Colliers International and previous to that was a Senior Vice President with Manekin, LLC. George has been honored as the Baltimore Business Journal’s #1 Real Estate Broker and has received its Heavy Hitter Award for numerous years. He has also been awarded by CORFAC International, under the Largest Value office deal category. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, NAIOP. He is a current Board Member of Young Life Baltimore Urban. George was also Past President of Hospice of Howard County, Board Member of Gilchrist Hospice Care and Advisory Board member of GovConnects. George has also received CoStar’s Annual Power Broker Award.
