George B. Russell has sold and leased more than $300 million in office, retail, multi-family properties and development land sites. He focuses primarily on the Westside of Los Angeles though he has worked with landlords and tenants in Hollywood, the San Fernando Valley, downtown Los Angeles, the LAX area, and Culver City. He is a specialist in brokerage services and tenant representation for office and retail properties. George’s business experience, sales, marketing skills, and vast product knowledge enable him to counsel his landlord and tenant clients to successfully complete a wide range of transactions in many markets over his 40 plus years in the business. George began his career in 1978 at Grubb & Ellis, where he specialized in the sale of commercial investment property, multifamily property, and development land sites. Later in his career, he was a sales associate and a manager at the Jon Douglas Commercial Brokerage Company where he represented the Douglas Emmett Company leasing their office and retail properties. George joined the Charles Dunn Company in 2000. In 1985, George co-founded the “Los Angeles Brokerage Challenge, an annual fundraiser that has successfully raised over $3.3 million for family outreach programs specifically directed to children and teens through Family Service of Santa Monica.
