George Kleier

George W. Kleier, III is a second generation commercial real estate pro with over 25 years experience in the shopping center industry. George has been involved in Brokerage, Leasing, Asset Management, Acquisition, and large development programs across the United States. He has opened markets for several national retailers as a preferred developer and as in-house decision maker and maintains many excellent contacts in the industry. He has also served as an Asset Manager for a 34 property portfolio in the Southeast that required implementation of many re-leasing and re-development scenarios. George serves on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Florida Conference Committee and is actively involved in many ICSC functions.
