George Billingsley
George Billingsley is a Partner at Billingsley Company, where he leads the industrial platform. He serves in an administrative role responsible for portfolio management, development, leasing, and financing, with market coverage across the Dallas/Fort Worth region spanning industrial, land, office, and multifamily property types. He began his career with Billingsley Company in 2007 as a leasing agent at The Austin Ranch Apartment Development, then moved to the corporate office where he served as a multifamily financial analyst and later as an asset manager. In 2010, he transitioned to the industrial asset class as Vice President of Industrial Leasing, and was promoted to Partner in 2012. George earned his BA from Dallas Baptist University and his Master of Science in Management Degree from Southern Methodist University. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and The Dallas Citizen’s Council.
