Geoffrey Newman

Geoffrey Newman rejoined Savills in 2021 as Executive Managing Director based in the New York office, building on his previous tenure with the firm from 2001–2008, continuing his career as one of New York’s most celebrated tenant advocates and real estate strategists in the New York Metro region, where his market knowledge and relationships span more than 25 years. Geoffrey’s broad expertise includes investment sales, ground-up development, land assemblage, air rights sales, and construction management. He has a particular specialty advising developers, non-profits and religious organizations, where effective representation and real estate strategy are critical to meeting missions and operational success. His past clients include The Community Church of New York, The Children’s Aid Society, The Community Service Society, The Mission Society of New York City, New School University, Immanuel Lutheran Church, Subud, Central Baptist Church, Vornado, The Continuum Company and Legion Investment Group.
