Geoffrey Bailey

Geoff Bailey is Assistant Division Vice President for Toll Brothers City Living. He works closely with senior management to execute on business strategies and provide oversight for operations. Geoff is responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle, including acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, sales and marketing, and legal. Since joining Toll Brothers City Living in 2014, Geoff has delivered nearly 1,000 condominium units, 100,000 square feet of office space, and 30,000 square feet of retail space in the New Jersey market valued at well over $1 billion dollars. Prior to joining Toll Brothers City Living, Geoff was President and Co-Founder of KG Construction, LLC in Baton Rouge, LA. KG Construction served commercial clients throughout southeast and southwest Louisiana with a focus on civil construction and site development. Clients included Raising Cane’s, Raceway, Domino’s, and Walgreens, among others.
