Geoffrey Anenberg

Geoffrey Anenberg is a Broker and Principal at Normal Properties, a Los Angeles–based real estate brokerage and development firm he leads. A third-generation Los Angeleno, Geoffrey focuses on investment sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation across a range of commercial asset types, including industrial, office, retail, and flex properties, primarily throughout the Los Angeles market. Prior to founding Normal Properties, Geoffrey spent more than a decade as a Broker and Partner at Creative Space®, where he was actively involved in shaping creative and industrial real estate throughout Los Angeles. His work has been associated with several evolving neighborhoods, including Melrose Hill, Boyle Heights’ industrial corridors, and the Arts District. Geoffrey is a licensed California real estate broker and serves as the principal contact and executive officer of Normal Properties, Inc., which he founded in 2016. He is known for his hands-on approach to transactions and his deep familiarity with the city’s creative and commercial real estate landscape.
