Geoff Shelton

Geoff is responsible for marketing and leasing office properties throughout Tarrant County. Over a 20-year career, his projects have included all asset classes and are consistently located across multiple locations, giving him broad and in-depth knowledge of the Tarrant County office market. Raised in Fort Worth, Geoff Shelton has built a career specializing in office advisory for private and institutional owners. Geoff began his career in Corporate Services at The Staubach Company in Austin. He went on to serve as Managing Principal and Shareholder at Holt Lunsford Commercial before most recently holding the role of Senior Vice President of Agency Leasing at JLL in Fort Worth. Geoff’s work has been recognized with multiple honors, including Power Broker awards from both CoStar and D CEO, as well as Corporate Culture Awards at HLC. He has represented a wide range of notable clients, including TCRG Properties, Goldenrod Companies, KKR, Pennybacker Capital, Capital Commercial, Cook Children’s, Montex Properties, Spire Realty, TLC Urban, and Greenfield Partners. Geoff is an active member of his community. He is involved in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Rivercrest Country Club, Steeplechase Club, and serves on the Silver Spurs BEVO Advisory Board.
