Geoff Shelton

Geoff Shelton serves as a key leader at Transwestern, responsible for marketing and leasing office properties throughout Tarrant County. With over 20 years of experience, Geoff has worked across all asset classes and multiple locations, giving him a broad and in-depth understanding of the Tarrant County office market. Raised in Fort Worth, Geoff has built a distinguished career specializing in office advisory for both private and institutional owners. He began his career in Corporate Services at The Staubach Company in Austin, later becoming Managing Principal and Shareholder at Holt Lunsford Commercial. Most recently, he held the role of Senior Vice President of Agency Leasing at JLL in Fort Worth. Geoff’s expertise and leadership have earned him numerous accolades, including Power Broker awards from CoStar and D CEO, as well as Corporate Culture Awards at HLC. He has represented a wide range of notable clients such as TCRG Properties, Goldenrod Companies, KKR, Pennybacker Capital, Capital Commercial, Cook Children’s, Montex Properties, Spire Realty, TLC Urban, and Greenfield Partners. Beyond his professional achievements, Geoff is actively involved in his community. He participates in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, Rivercrest Country Club, and Steeplechase Club, and serves on the Silver Spurs BEVO Advisory Board.
