Genny Chang
Genny Chang joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in the West Los Angeles office 2013 as a director. Ms. Chang specializes in leasing retail and office properties; landlord and tenant representation; and investment sales. She focuses on the Greater Los Angeles Area, particularly the Westside neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Malibu, West Hollywood and Hollywood. Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Ms. Chang was an associate at CBRE, where she was the 2010 Rookie of the Year in the Beverly Hills/Century City office. Her previous experience as a freelance writer for fashion and entertainment publications, combined with her innate ability to negotiate ideal terms for both tenants and landlords, gives her a unique and fresh insight on retail.
