Gennadiy Kapkanov

Since joining the RothbergDubrow team in 2018, Gennadiy has leveraged his background in the financial services industry to deliver immediate results for our clients. In his short time with the team, he has successfully transacted on over 70,000sf, including commercial leases and property acquisitions. Gennadiy has played a crucial role in working directly with landlord clients such as Arts+Crafts Holdings, Post Brothers, Asana Partners, Cross Properties, and more. He also has experience with tenant/buyer representation, helping secure sites for a diverse group of clients, including independent real estate investors and successful companies such as SEV Laser Aesthetics, Independence Dental, Konect, Analysis Prime, and many more. As a graduate from Drexel University’s Lebow School of Business, BS, Economics, Gennadiy has little reason to leave the Philadelphia area and currently lives in Fishtown, exploring the area’s food, drinks, and activities. He is an active athlete and an avid soccer player. Gennadiy also enjoys travel in his spare time and spent three months studying abroad in London’s Imperial College in London, England. Gennadiy is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania.kanov is originally from Ukraine, Gennadiy has lived in Philadelphia from an early age and grew up developing his love and respect for the city and all that it has to offer, from food and arts to sports and culture. Gennadiy’s passion for Philly led him to pursue a career where he could be actively involved with the city’s growth and development.
