Genessy Jaramillo

Genessy Jaramillo will be focusing on land and air rights sales in Manhattan. In her new role at BKREA, she will be working side by side with BKREA Chairman & CEO, Bob Knakal. Previously, Genessy specialized in retail investment sales and leasing at CrossMarc Services, representing clients across the Southeast in acquisitions, dispositions, and tenant/landlord representation. Genessy began her career at Marcus & Millichap in Nashville, gaining expertise in office and industrial asset classes. Fluent in English and Spanish, she holds real estate licenses in Florida, Tennessee, and New York. With a Business Management degree from the University of Central Florida and active involvement in ULI, ICSC, and NAIOP, Genessy applies a service-oriented and market-savvy approach to assisting clients in Manhattan.
