Gene Carlin

Mr. Carlin has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, management and development. He oversees the marketing, management and leasing of DANAC's 1.5 million square foot portfolio. Currently, he is working on the development of the DANAC Stiles Corporate Campus, a 369,000 square foot office project in Rockville, Maryland. He is a past president of the Suburban Maryland/DC Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
