Gary Petersen

Gary provides brokerage sales and leasing services for clients primarily in the areas of office, industrial, and multifamily properties. He has worked with real estate owners on many types of properties, small or large, to accomplish their objectives. In 2008, Gary joined NAI NP Dodge. Previously, he had over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and banking, including asset and property management, partnership syndication and investment, financing, and asset disposition. Gary was a co-General Partner of a joint venture (Commercial Federal Bank and NP Dodge Company) that owned a portfolio of fourteen apartment, office, and retail properties for over 20 years until disposition of the properties by 2008. Other areas of expertise include tax credit programs for affordable multifamily housing, institutional loan placement and brokerage, and property tax relief. With his clients, Gary’s primary goal is to provide solutions to their commercial real estate needs.
