Gary Parker
Gary Parker is a Founding Principal of Intelica Commercial Real Estate. He also founded Bamboo Equity Partners and Oakline Studio. At Intleica, he is responsible for overseeing all office and industrial leasing, sales, investment, and brokerage activities. Gary represents tenants, landlords, and investors in assisting local, regional, and national corporations. During his career, he has accrued over $3 billion in lease and sales transactions. Prior to forming Intelica, Gary was a Director of Industrial Leasing for Sansone Group (1999-2010), a Partner at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (1986-1999), and a Sales Associate for Gundaker Commercial Group (1984-1986). He has over 38 years of experience and enjoys being a mentor to the younger brokers on his team. Gary and his wife reside in St. Louis and have three daughters and three grandchildren. He is an active member of the St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church, as well as Sunset Hills Country Club.
