Gary Jacob

Having devoted his entire career to the acquisition, construction, financing and management of high-rise buildings in New York City, Gary Jacob is Executive Vice President of Glenwood Management Corp., one of the city’s largest owner/builders of luxury rental apartments. Mr. Jacob is also very active in real estate industry planning and policy making. In this capacity, Mr. Jacob is Vice President of the Rent Stabilization Association and an Executive Vice President of the Associated Builders and Owners of New York. In addition, Mr. Jacob is the co-chairman of the Housing Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, and is a member of the Board of Governors. Mr. Jacob also serves on the M & T Bank’s Mortgage Advisory Board.
