Gary is a broker/auctioneer/co-owner that has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate business. He has the knowledge, experience, energy, & determination to effectively market & sell his clients’ properties. Gary specializes in farm & ranch and hunting properties as well as residential & commercial properties. Having lived in Kansas his entire life in a farming and ranching family, Gary has a tremendous amount of understanding for all the details associated with owning farming land and grasslands. Working with families wanting to work in the farming experience and helping them become established or increasing their present ground provides a deep satisfaction for him. Gary also enjoys working with people looking to find hunting grounds in the area, as it allows him to view numerous areas in the state. He became a realtor in 1982 and worked as a farmer himself prior to that time. Gary is licensed in Kansas & Oklahoma.
