Gary Goodman

Gary has 30 years of professional experience in brokerage, space planning, management, and commercial leasing. Gary joined Friedman in 1993 as the growing company was just beginning to integrate Brokerage, Property Management, and Construction services. Gary gained significant experience in Commercial Property Management, including operating budgets, tenant relations, and construction management. Once the Commercial Management Division was well established, Gary helped to create Friedman’s specialized Lease Management Division, overseeing Friedman’s growing tenant portfolio within their managed properties. Gary personally handled more than 1,000 new leases, lease renewals, expansions, and subleases across the portfolio. In late 2007, Gary became Managing Director of Brokerage Services for Friedman. Gary is responsible for recruiting experienced and new brokerage associates, overseeing the entire brokerage operation, and expanding Friedman’s Brokerage services within the markets served. Gary holds a B.S. in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University. He is a member of the Commercial Board of Realtors.
