
Gary Chou joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as an Executive Vice President and Managing Principal in Newport Beach. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate sales, Gary’s focus is single tenant net lease, corporate sales leasebacks, net lease portfolios, merchant developer representation, portfolio restructuring and liquidations. Gary has been involved over than 2,100 transactions with $6 billion in sales volume. Prior to joining SRS, Gary was a Partner with Berkeley Capital Advisors where he led the West Coast Capital Markets Group. He and his team served some of the world’s largest corporate companies, public and private REITs, private equity funds, developers, franchise operators, and high net-worth individuals. Gary also co-founded Matthews Real Estate Investment Services and served as Executive Vice President and Senior Director. He was consistently ranked within the firm’s top three producing agents and was named Matthews’ #1 Top Producer three consecutive years in a row. Furthermore, Gary has been recognized for his success throughout the industry earning numerous awards and accolades including Real Estate Forum’s 50 under 40, Top Retail Sales Broker, Net Lease Influencer and Retail Influencer Awards, Los Angeles Business Journals’ Broker of the Year Award, and more.
