Garrett joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2024 with 4 years of prior experience as an industrial real estate specialist. With his focus on industrial and land transactions in East and Southeast Houston submarkets, Garrett has successfully completed transactions with a combined value in excess of $450,000,000. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he served as Director on the Texas House Committee on Homeland Security and Public Safety. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he played football for the Texas Longhorns and was a member of the Texas Cowboys.
